Administration and Human Resources

Administrative responsibilities are well understood, documented and followed. The “FOUNDATION” has six members of staff. Two (2) are full-time and four (4) are part-time and a number of volunteers with clear job descriptions that are documented, regularly reviewed and relevant to their actual jobs.

The members of the Board are elected to serve a maximum of three-year terms and three consecutive terms, with at least one year required before a member becomes eligible for re-election after completing the maximum number of consecutive terms.

Among resources they bring to the governing body are experience and wisdom; prestige; the ability to raise money for the organisation; and professional skills, such as legal, accounting, management, fundraising and marketing. They serve in a voluntary capacity for no pay.

The “FOUNDATION” also has a Board of Patrons who bring on board their expertise and resources to champion its affairs. They also work in a voluntary capacity for no pay.
